Learn to give a full body massage that's therapeutic for the giver, too! Thai Yoga Massage is, most essentially, a meditative dance for sharing compassionate touch, in order to unblock energy stagnation. It is a holistic healing technique used as a tool to awaken one's spiritual flame and inner therapist. In Thai massage, we experience how to give and to receive…. to touch…. to breathe…. to feel. When we are present to our interconnectedness, the healing process for both giver and receiver happens all by itself. This training offers invaluable tools for yoga teachers, massage therapists, and energy workers who wish to develop a new dimension of healing touch for students, clients, and friends.
COURSEWORK WILL COVER:
- Principles of touch
