Benvenuti alla prima ELEMENTAL IMMERSION in sicilia!
Organizzata in collaborazione con Acrobatic Yoga! Le Jam non mancheranno!
Integra Yoga, acrobatica e thai massage. Introduce a tutti i fondamenti della pratica di acroyoga in un ambiente supportivo e sicuro. La consapevolezza data dallo Yoga costituisce il fondamento stabile da cui esplorare la forza dell'acrobatica e l'amorevolezza gentile del Thai massage. Tutti avranno la possibilità di sperimentare grazia, gioia e morbidezza.
Lo studio yoga è a due passi dal mare! Non è necessario portare altro che la propria voglia di sperimentare, una bottiglia d'acqua e un quadermo appunti se si vuole.
E' possibile dormire nella shala per 5€ a notte.

� Welcome to the first elemental immersion in Milan! ♥⭐
The Elemental Immersion is the integration of Yoga, Acrobatics and the Healing Arts. This Immersion introduces the full spectrum practice of AcroYoga in a safe, supportive atmosphere. The mindfulness of yoga creates a steady foundation from which to explore the power of Acrobatics and the loving-kindness of Thai Massage. The interplay of all three disciplines will empower everyone to embody the practice with grace, ease, and joy.
The yoga studio we choose for this immersion is in the heart of milano, full equipment for an elemental: puzzle mat, covers, yoga props
The surrounds are plenty of veggie and organic restaurants/shops/bistrot.
�There is also the possibility to sleep inside the shala with 15€ per night
