La inmersion solar vuelve a Barcelona!!!!!!

Fecha: 15 - 19 de Julio 2017 en Barcelona justo antes de la Barcelona Yoga Conferencia!
5 dias de acrobatias: Entrenamiento gimnastico para fortalecer inversiones y paradas de manos, base en L, el vuelo de pie, manos-a-manos, transiciones y lavadoras en vuelos, pops, sequencias, y mucha diversion!!!
La inmersion solar empodera mucho a los alumnos para llegar a su máximo potencial incorporando la acrobacia en parejas.
Las progresiones inteligentes y el énfasis en aprender el arte del "spot" o cuidador, convierte la magia de acrobatias avanzados en un ambiente seguro, accessible y divertido. También se trabaja mucho la confianza y la coordinacion, que se desarollan a través del entrenamiento de inversiones. Así mismo, se realiza el camino para encontrar gracia y equilibrio en las acrobacias en parejas y en trios.
Despues de refinar las bases sólidas y los fundamentos, entrenaremos más acrobacias específicos para precisar los agarres de pies-a-mano, mano-a-mano, y las fundaciones para las acrobacias de pie.
Preparanse para superar vuestros límites personales en un ambiente seguro y devertido. Aprender a basear y volar en el piso, en las alturas y con el alma segura!!! A jugar y jugar :)

The Dates: July 15 - 19th 2017 in Barcelona just before the amazing Barcelona Yoga Conference !!!
The What: 5 days of acrobatics: acrobatic strength and fitness training, Handstand and inversion exercises, L basing and standing acrobatics, Hand to Hands and other standing positions and flows, flying transitions and washing machines, acrobatic sequences and a lot of fun!!
➻➻ The Solar Immersion empowers students to realize their infinite potential through the powerful embodiment of acrobatic partnership.
Linear progressions and an emphasis on the art of spotting make learning advanced acrobatics safe, accessible, and fun.
Confidence and coordination are developed in strength training and inversions, which pave the way for ease and grace in partner acrobatics.
After refining foundations, we will train more precise acrobatic work, such as foot-to-hand, hand-to-hand and standing acrobatics.
Get ready to push past your own personal limits in a fun and safe environment. Learn to both base and fly and prepare to train smart and play hard! ;)
This course fulfills an immersion pre-requisite for the AcroYoga teacher training application.
