PRACTICE. Repeat. BREATHE. Repeat. SEND
with Josie Mckee & Casey Stroud
Learn to move into a confident flow in your body and sending a climb becomes a byproduct of the process. We focus on the practice of enjoying the process. Using asana & meditation to engage with our strengths and limitations, we provide a toolbox to develop awareness in the mind | body & put these tools into practice on the rock, on mock lead, on lead & in the community.
Guided morning yoga | meditation will deconstruct asanas (postures/ stretches) and prepare you for the day of climbing. Daily climbing in Pine Creek and Owen’s River Gorge will provide the vertical yoga mat to practice techniques on balancing effort and ease. Evening yoga practice | campfire discussion will allow for reflection.
We practice enjoying the process, understanding fear better and connecting with a group of rad humans committed to improving performance in their bodies, climbing, & life.
