Balancing upside-down is a right of passage that requires patience, practice, and courage. This workshop will build your inversions from the ground up, teaching you techniques to find your core and refine alignment that will help you in AcroYoga. Whether you have grown up walking on your hands or are completely new to this upside down world, brace yourself as we refine the architecture of inversions and explore acrobatic principles so you can build confidence and manifest a greater sense of balance and ease upside-down.
Once we refine our technique on the ground, we will take these tools into flight with partner acrobatic inversions. We promise to support you on your journey of training and play, and convert the whole room into inversion junkies. Take away new techniques to unify your body and mind, new friends to support and train with, and tools to build your foundations for a lifetime of inversion conversion.
