11/1: Foundational Elements
Technique is the key to any balancing act. This class will introduce the basic foundations of body alignment and hand grips. While rock climbing uses pulling muscles, AcroYoga focuses on how to press and pour weight. We lift smart people, not dumbbells.
11/8: Inversion Perspective
We like to get high and go upside down. Not only are invesions a great full body toning exercise, in AcroYoga they are therapeutic for the strong shoulder muscles. Whether you are an experienced inverter or have never tried, you will find fun and challenge with this class.
11/15: Get Up, Stand Up!
Use the structure of your body to lift others up. This class will introduce the foundations for standing acrobatics and will empower everone to get high with a little help from your friends.
11/22: Redefining Balance
Challenge your balance and balance your challenge. This class with introduce asymmetrical positions and step away from the traditional roll of the base balancing the flyer. Instead, the base and flyer will work together to find stability and ease.
