We will follow our passion for healing arts and playful connection to guide you through the 30-hours Elemental curriculum:
• supine & prone thai massage
• Solar & Lunar acroyoga asanas
• forward and backward therapeutic flying
• spotting & inversions
• acrobatic training techniques & flying transitions & washing machines.

~ This immersion is residential: options to stay in the main building, in yurts of different sizes, or in your own tent or caravan.
~ This immersion fulfills a prerequisite for AcroYoga Teacher Training applications.
~ Basic yoga experience recommended, all levels welcome, including beginners!
