The AcroYoga Immersion in Amman is happening at the end of the month!!

30 hours of training in Yoga, Partner Acrobatics, Flying Therapeutics, Thai Massage and Inversions
You can join us for 3 hours any day, 1 day, the weekend.

DAY 1: Lunar practice: Lets get ready for the Thai Massage with Yoga Lunar Asanas. We will review and learn in detail the foundation of flying therapeutics.

DAY 2: Get ready to find the core, strength with technique to build up the Yoga Solar Asanas. We will develop the Inversion pyramid to gain a great stability while being upside down. In the afternoon we will came with the playfulness of flying, making possible an space of trust joy. Partner Acrobatic Techniques.

DAY 3, 4 and 5:
Morning: Solar Asana, Inversions and Partner Acrobatics.
Afternoon: Lunar Asana practice, Thai Massage and flying therapeutics.

Adding to that we will say that we love games, have fun, chant. We will be there as a team to help you with any skill you are working on and introducing new ones.
